PURPUR combines delicate berry aromas with deep, woody nuances. The nose reveals elderberries and rose hips, accompanied by spicy aromas of pepper, rosemary, thyme and nettle. On the palate, it is light and velvety, with a gentle tannin structure from oak and cherry wood and a subtle spiciness. Beetroot, pu-erh tea and tree needles give PURPUR deep, earthy notes and round off the drink. 

Uncomplicated yet versatile, PURPUR goes well with red meat, mushroom dishes, chocolate, pumpkin and savory cheese.

PURPUR is best served at 11-13 °C.
