VIREO:
On the nose, VIREO offers aromas of citrus and hops, with subtle notes of oolong tea. On the palate, VIREO reveals its pronounced acidity from the green tea kombucha, balanced by the sweetness of pears and apples. Herbs such as lemon verbena, lemon balm, and chamomile, along with pine needles, lend the drink depth and complexity. Black, green, white, and pink peppercorns provide a gentle spiciness, while oak, cherry, and plum wood contribute elegant tannins.
Lively and balanced, VIREO goes well with spicy, lemony and summery dishes, as well as fish, poultry and mild cheese.

PURPLE:
PURPUR combines delicate berry aromas with deep, woody nuances. On the nose, elderberries and rosehips unfold, accompanied by spicy aromas of pepper, rosemary, thyme, and nettle. On the palate, it is light and velvety, with a gentle tannin structure from oak and cherry woods and a subtle spiciness. Beetroot, pu-erh tea, and pine needles give PURPUR deep, earthy notes, rounding out the drink.
Uncomplicated yet versatile, PURPUR goes well with red meat, mushroom dishes, chocolate, pumpkin and spicy cheese.
PURPUR is best served at 11-13 °C.
